Shipping Policy
We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail for all domestic orders within the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
Please note that we do not permit shipments to P.O. boxes. Additionally, shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations are prohibited.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final due to the nature of our jewelry work. You agree to purchase the item, its listing description, and photos by placing an order. At W8M, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please carefully review the listings and view additional photos before making a purchase. However, we value customer satisfaction and are open to working with you if you are truly unhappy with a piece. The customer is responsible for return shipping; a small restocking fee may apply.
If you happen to receive a damaged item due to craftsmanship or shipping mishandling, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange. We kindly request that the item remains unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging to ensure a smooth exchange process. It's important to note that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions are not met. All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to minimize the likelihood of receiving a damaged product.
